Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect online.

We only use the information that you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order or to provide services where the outside party is acting on our behalf and has no independent right to use the information we provide (i.e. a third party shipping or customer support center).

Shipping

All in stock items will ship within 2 days of order placement. This excludes weekends and holidays.
"Priority Mail" shipping charges are calculated in "Real Time".
We are currently shipping only to the continental United States and Canada.

Shipping Damage

For items that have been damaged in shipping please save all of the damaged packaging and notify the shipper & The Laughing Mermaid Soap Company immediately. Your damaged items will be replaced at no extra charge.

Cancellation of Orders

Please notify us immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please direct correspondence to: customerservice@thelaughingmermaid.com If you wait longer than 24 hours there is no guarantee that we can accommodate your request.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover Card. You may also use Pay Pal. Orders originating from the State of North Carolina are subject to a sales tax of 6.75%.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products we want to hear about it. You may return any un-opened, un-used, product within 14 days of receiving it. All sales are final after 14 days.

We will offer you a replacement product of equal value, issue you a refund according to the original method of payment, minus the shipping costs or issue you a store credit.

Refunds must be approved before any credit will be given. Please do not return any product without contacting us first: customerservice@thelaughingmermaid.com

Custom Orders are not refundable.
